Kevin Baldwin began his real estate career after a successful 26 year career in the printing business. Kevin began his career as a REALTOR in Strathmore in 1999 (SOLD over 1,000 homes) and is now serving Chestermere, Airdrie as well as Strathmore. His desire to be innovative with commission programs and new business strategies was a catalyst for Kevin to change the ways fees are paid by sellers and to buyers. The flexibility of being an independent REALTOR within a brokerage allows him to provide flat rates for sellers without compromising a high level of service.
